A Community Heart by Edwin Gil
Where connection, atmosphere, and community find a place to belong.
Inspired by The Hideaway, The Heart of The Hideaway celebrates the places that become more than destinations—they become spaces where people gather, connect, share stories, and create lasting memories.
Lush tropical foliage, warm lights, cocktails, and intimate gathering spaces come together within the anatomical heart, reflecting the distinctive atmosphere of The Hideaway.
The Charlotte skyline connects the artwork to the city and community it calls home, while the golden Kintsugi-inspired details symbolize connection, transformation, and the beauty that emerges when different stories and experiences come together.
Created as part of Gil Project’s Community Hearts initiative, this artwork honors The Hideaway as a place where friendships grow, experiences are shared, and people find a sense of connection and belonging.
Art with a purpose.
A limited edition of 100 authorized reproductions is available to collectors and community supporters. 50% of eligible reproduction sales supports a nonprofit organization selected by The Hideaway, transforming each purchase into an opportunity to give back.
By collecting The Heart of The Hideaway, you are bringing more than a piece of art into your home. You are celebrating the spirit of Charlotte, supporting community, and becoming part of a shared story of connection and generosity.
One Business. One Heart. One Community.
The heart is a territory to discover.
